The park by Wolyeonggyo is a pause, not a second outing. Sit on the bank for ten minutes, then look for a snack. The folk village next door can wait for daylight.

One snack by the bridge is enough if you already ate. If you still want dinner, downtown jjimdak is a short taxi, not a walk that continues the bridge. Sleep toward Andong Station or your hotel after that.
