Installing and using the eSIM

The QR and the instructions arrive in the BongTour email after you pay. Work through these on the phone.

1. Get the QR

Once you pay, BongTour emails the eSIM QR and the install link. If it drags, check the junk folder. We never show the QR in here.

2. Put it on the phone

Open the email on the phone that will carry the eSIM.
iPhone: Settings → Cellular → Add eSIM → Use QR Code.
Android: Settings → Network and internet → SIMs → Download a SIM → Scan the QR.
Keep the wifi on while it installs, and hold on to the QR email until the line works.

3. When the days start and where the data sits

The days start when you first connect in Korea, not at midnight. For data left or a top-up, use the link in the BongTour email or your account with them.
